SarvaOm Yoga Series 3.
Continuation of Series 2 to construct and learn an asana sequence that is beneficial and fulfilling for the body, mind, and Spirit.
Eight weekly sessions, 2 hrs each.
Saturdays Aug 20 – Oct 22 ( No classes on Sep 10 and 17)
