Both over and under-usage of the body for prolonged periods can cause many body-mind health issues. Also, as we age, we experience more stiffness, weakness, and pain in our bodies. Proper and gentle exercises can help reverse the aging effects.
This Super Gentle Fitness program has the following features:

Designed for people over 50 or with chronic pain but is suitable for everyone who would like a simple fitness program for improved fitness, strength, and energy. You will learn how to increase the intensity if desired.

Each week the focus will be on different body parts, including joints.

You will learn Restorative exercises, which can be done sitting in a chair or even lying in bed.

You will learn how to locate pain-trigger points and treat them.

Proper, simple, and energizing breathing exercises.

Motivation and common-sense guidance for a healthier lifestyle and controlling your weight.

Guided long yoga-nidra.

Practical knowledge from the Scriptures.

The recorded video of the weekly class will be available for one week for you to keep practicing and learning at home.
