Description

Most Holy Books contain two types of knowledge, one that is time- or event-specific,  and the other that transcends time and events. It is important to differentiate between the two, otherwise, understanding and applying the wisdom in daily lives can be confusing, conflicting, and challenging. Some Viveka (discrimination) is very necessary when studying or following Holy Books.

Be it a beginner or an advanced reader, distilling the knowledge and finding relevance can be overwhelming. Every advice or practice given in Holy Books may not be for everyone or for every stage in life.

This online course ‘What Do The Books Really Say!” aims at giving you a clear understanding of some of the Holy books of yoga which makes it easier and practical to apply the knowledge in daily life. It makes your yoga journey relaxed and more meaningful.
